The client is building a non-custodial crypto market-intelligence product: a swarm of six independent AI agents evaluates every liquid market and ranks what deserves attention, with the reasoning shown behind each call. The platform never executes trades — it tells the user where and why, and execution happens on the user's own exchange.
We came on as the growth-partner engineer for the front-end product: turning the raw swarm output into something real people pay for, and owning the paywall, retention and subscription mechanics around it.
The paywall, Vault and chips shipped to production and were verified end to end on real free and paid accounts across desktop and mobile — sign-in, the free radar, the unlock panel, exchange-key routing and the Vault cap all confirmed against the live entitlement contract. The engagement has grown from a one-off build into an ongoing growth partnership.
